What To Include In A Support Request
When reporting an issue, include:
- your device model
- your platform, such as Android or iOS
- your app version, if available
- the screen where the issue happened
- what you were trying to do
- what happened instead
Account And Data Requests
For account access, profile, avatar, journal, list, or deletion issues, contact the support email above.
Revit also supports in-app account deletion from the Profile account surface.
Metadata Issues
If a title has incorrect poster art, description, release information, or genre data, the source metadata may need to be corrected through TMDB.
Revit can display metadata from TMDB-backed integrations, but it may not control the original source details.
Security Reminder
Do not send passwords, magic-link codes, OAuth tokens, private API keys, or other secrets in a support request.
